Refund policy

At Be Like The Bison, we are committed to providing professional Life Coaching and Dog Behavior Coaching services. As our services involve scheduled consultation time and personalized preparation, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.
Booking Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule your consultation, please contact us as soon as possible.
Where possible, we ask for at least 24 hours' notice before your scheduled appointment.
Refund Eligibility
Refund requests may be considered if:
- A consultation cannot be delivered due to circumstances within our control.
- A duplicate payment was made.
- A technical issue prevented the consultation from taking place and could not be reasonably resolved.
Refunds are generally not available for:
- Missed appointments without prior notice.
- Completed coaching sessions.
- Change of mind after a consultation has taken place.
Rescheduling
Where appropriate, consultations may be rescheduled instead of refunded.
